The story
so far

I'm a Technical Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience working in regulated GxP pharmaceutical environments — most recently embedded within Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies, through Tata Consultancy Services.

My background is genuinely technical. I've owned enterprise application support for cloud-based (SaaS) and on-premise systems, managed interface integrations (APIs via Axway, SFTP/XML via FileZilla), handled SSO/SAML certificate implementations, led GxP-compliant production deployments with full controlled documentation, and grown into ITSM leadership — managing a team of 8–10 analysts and presenting Monthly Performance Reports at client Operational Review Board meetings.

In 2025, I moved to Dublin to pursue an MSc in Business Analytics at Dublin Business School, graduating with First-Class Honours (1:1) in 2026. My dissertation applied machine learning to predict marine microplastic concentration using environmental, spatial, and anthropogenic variables — published on GitHub and Tableau Public. I'm now actively seeking Technical BA roles across pharma, consulting, and fintech in Ireland.

  • Gathered and documented operational and technical requirements to support system enhancements, application upgrades, and integration projects across a regulated GxP environment.
  • Produced full GxP-controlled documentation suites (System Design Documents, Technical Installation Plans & Reports, Application Administration Plans, Technical Administration Plans) for each production implementation.
  • Solely created and presented Monthly Performance Reports (MPRs) at client Operational Review Board (ORB) meetings — translating complex operational data into executive-level insights.
  • Owned interface integrations as Interface Owner — XML/SFTP via FileZilla and API integrations via Axway, bridging technical and business teams across connected enterprise systems.
  • Led Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes (ITIL v4), conducted internal GxP audits, and participated in external regulatory audits.
  • Administered SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Windows Server 2016+, SSO certificate renewals, and SAML-based authentication; validated changes in UAT environments prior to production deployment.
